By using Palori ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Palori is a web and mobile service that uses AI to analyze travel documents and automatically generate and manage travel itineraries.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or public order
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Harassing or causing inconvenience to other users
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or decompilation
• Sending large volumes of automated requests using AI or scripts

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service's design, code, and logos belong to us. Content uploaded by users remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to use such content to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

5. Pricing and Payment

• The free plan is provided at no cost
• The premium plan is ¥480/month (tax included)
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically
• You may cancel at any time; billing stops from the following month
• Refunds for payments already made are not generally provided

6. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Users are responsible for verifying all travel information
• We are not liable for data loss resulting from service suspension or termination
• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence

7. Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice. We will endeavor to notify users in advance of significant changes where possible.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
